LeBron Raymone James Sr., born 30th December 1984 is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA). King James has been widely acknowledged as among the most notable basketball players. Michael Jordan is usually compared in discussions about who's the greatest player. James was awarded two Olympic gold medals as well as four NBA championships. James has scored the most points in the playoffs and has the second highest number of career points and is seventh in ever assists. The NBA All-Star has made the All-NBA Team 18 times, a record. He was also selected for The NBA All-Defensive First Team 5 times. The third highest amount in NBA Finals ever was ten and eight of them were consecutive between 2011 and 2018. In 2021 James was selected to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, and in 2022 he became the first athlete to ever in NBA history to rack up 10,000 or more career points in rebounds and assists. James played at St. Vincent St. Mary High School, which is located in his hometown from Akron Ohio and was heavily in the news media as a future NBA star. He was a prep-to pro and was the first choice of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft in 2003. He was voted the NBA player of the year for 2004. Soon he became one of the top players in the NBA as he won both the NBA MVP Award both 2009 and 2010. James was a free agency in 2010, after he failed to secure championships for Cleveland. The decision to leave Cleveland for Miami Heat, announced on the television show The Decision, is considered as one of the most controversial free-agent moves in sports history.
