Antonia Lofaso
Chef Antonia Lofaso's cuisine is an opportunity to delve into deep into her interior world. The food she creates is a result of her fascination with the cultural aspects in Los Angeles, which was sparked by a trip from Long Island to Los Angeles from Long Island's suburbs. Cavatelli and Carnitas are able to live in harmony with the food menu. This is an assumption that has developed through many years. But what remains with her food is an unifying view of the future that longingly remembers the past. Scopa Italian Roots was opened in 2013 by Lofaso and is influenced from her Italian American roots. The restaurant received an enthusiastic reception. Lofaso's take on old-school Italian is regarded as one of Los Angeles' most compelling Italian eateries. Lofaso has been consistently highly acclaimed by patrons of Scopa's because the food is real and utterly enjoyable. Lofaso took her cues from the greats of culinary who employed sophisticated methods. But, she didn't hesitate to take extreme risks in order to respect her intuition. She was in close contact with many stars and quickly rose up the ranks at Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in 2011. She was able to secure the space in Black Market as well as the alliances she created. This collaboration would foster the freedom of expression Lofaso longed for. Black Market has no one idea in its head and is the same way. The course could start with chips of dill potato and shishito peppers, followed by a lobster roll Korean wings and a variety of meatballs. Antonia is the center of this dazzling assortment. Lofaso evaluated her career success based on her ability to both understand and be genuine to her audience. Her unforgettable performance in Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars highlighted her individuality outside the kitchen. Her talents remain in the spotlight of cameras as an expert Judge on the CNBC's Restaurant Startup as well as in recurring roles on The Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child as well as ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso has released her book, The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 Simple and Delicious Recipes, in 2012, along with Penguin. It also told the tale of her struggles when she was a student in the French Culinary Institute. She had a daughter, Xea and her son Xea. Lofaso maintains that the source of all her achievements is her kitchen. It's through this vein she is always in the pulse. Chefletics is her brand new that is changing the way chefs dress. The brand combines fashion with practicality. Lofaso is determined to stay true to the vision of her customers. The brand she has developed is Antonia Lofaso Catering to help achieve that.
