Andree is a Mexican American who was born and raised within El Paso. Her family is one that has entertainment genes. Since she was a child her family was surrounded by host of television shows, such as her sister, Karla Martinez (Host of Univision's Despierta America! In addition to her father, Andrew Martinez is vice president of Business and Safety Resiliency as well as Security at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the most powerful electric utilities in America. Andrew Martinez is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the largest electric utilities in the country. Its primary goals are employee safety, corporate security, and business resilience. He manages the various initiatives and programs of SCE. Martinez offers safety professionals their mentorship and training programs that they need to achieve workgroup objectives in safety. Martinez's previous position was Director for Safety Training and Compliance, Transmission & Distribution. In the past, Martinez served as head for Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. During his 30 years at SCE Martinez has held several management positions in corrective actions and performance improvement programs including positions at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) that focused on safeguarding employees as well as the general public from dangers.
